It is notable because it is the largest domed stadium in the world with a seating capacity of 80,000 people. The stadium however, can hold up to 110,000 people including the “Party Zone”. The “Party Zone” is the standing room only areas which have proven popular with many Dallas Cowboys fans.

Then they changed the name to the Rangers, but fans were getting confused because there was a baseball team that went by the same name. Then the team name was changed to the Dallas Cowboys.

The Cowboys have been a pretty successful team through the years. they have had 30 different appearances in the playoffs. They have been in 8 different super bowls, and won 5 of the 8. The last time they won a super bowl was in 1995 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The first super bowl the team ever won was in 1971. They have been division champions 21 times. The Dallas Cowboys mascot is a cowboy named Rowdy.

NFL lovers are chompingat the bit knowing that the first pre-season game between Cinncnati and Dallas is a couple of weeks away. It’s the time of the year that every fan feels that maybe this will be the year that their team goes deep into the seasons. It’s time for this year’s draft picks, still unsure of their status on the team to get the attention of their coaches to prove that they are a piece of the puzzle to help their teams to win.
